no update for quite a while...so sit down and read:

we have a new webshop... check it out here.. its up and running.. i still have to add a lot of records to it, but all the sabotage releases, taken by surprise releases and some others are ready for ordering.

DIGGER BARNES: TIME HAS COME CD got repressed... Digger will be touring in spring and in fall.... he´s now on tour with Austin Lucas, after that he will do some shows with the Diamond Road Show together with Pencil Quincy, after that he will do his first US-Tour again with Austin Lucas.
Austin Lucas has a new record called '' A new home in the old world'' is out now on Hometown Caravan, great!!!!

SABO44 - TERRIBLE FEELINGS: IMPENDING DOOM 7''
Terrible Feelings’ date of birth was sometime during the fall of 2009, in
Malmö, Sweden. Anton and Manuela had been set on trying out new stuff that
was different from their previous band constellations, and recruited Andy and
Willy along the way. In April 2010 the band released a four-song demo, to some pretty rave
reviews. Since then, they’ve played all over Sweden and Germany, and shared stages with a variety of bands; Cheap Time, Cola Freaks, Screaming Females, and Tyvek, among others.
The spring of 2011 saw the release of two 7”s. Tied Up on Timmeheiehumme
Records from Germany, and Impending Doom, a co-release between Sabotage
Records and Manuela’s own Lack Of Sleep imprint.
Someone described the music as “Loud, dark, therapeutic, and rough around
the edges”, and Anton once said he played “black angst-ridden power pop.” Both quotes sum up Terrible Feelings pretty well. Place their sound somewhere in the wastelands between Wipers, Redd Kross, Ebba Grön and Murder City Devils.
In June they’ll embark on a three week European tour, which will take them through Germany, France, Spain and Switzerland. A Japanese release on the label Donuts Pop is scheduled for early fall 2011, and Scotch Tapes from Canada will release the demo tracks on tape and flexi disc sometime soon.

Howdy,
here are the news for you..
first of all, i started screen printing some shirts with my friend ARMSROCK, a great artist from denmark..
the shirt is called.. "death's finger is freelance". This is the first edition of shirts we are doing together..
they are all limited to 50 pieces . no more. each with unique mistakes.

--autistic youth: i´m doing the european version of the great first lp from portland´s
autistic youth..the record is called landmine beach ..this is a cooperation with my friend
michel´s label taken by surprise records.www.myspace.com/takenbysurpriserecords . the record
comes with a new silkscreend cover, different then the original one.. the covers are printed,
we are just waiting for the master, to send it to the pressing plant.. the band will tour europe
in june/july together with masshysteri from sweden..
there will be also a tour seven inch..but more later
---polite Sleeper: the new Lp/CD „seens“ will be out for the tour in april.. its great...
--- Mönster: i´m doing a new seven inch together with unsociable records...

finally the vinyl version from the Polite Sleeper Debut Cd is out..
its an one sided 12" and it looks pretty nice...
just got the recordings from the upcoming album..sounds great..
will be send to the pressing plant this week..
the cd version will be ready soon..
the vinyl version will be ready for their tour in april...

Polite Sleeper is the new folk punk, experimental side-project from Jason
(guitar) and Tim (drums) of The Yellow Press (Day After). Pretty crazy stuff at times,
but the songs are simple and sweet – all about missing one thing or another, about the
new challenges and new relationships since moving from San Francisco to Brooklyn, NY nearly
two years ago.
More important, PS is a punk band. They’re 100% DIY, choosing to record in living rooms
and kitchens, exclusively. They keep traffic noise and dead notes as reminders of that,
and stay true by playing basements and warehouses, even proper clubs where they don’t
quite belong, but take the chance at meeting like minds anyway. They believe it and you should too.

there are a lot of news and plans for 2008..
first of all.. the new 244 gl: „Today we become the enemy“ record is in finally in the house..
so if you want a copy drop me a line,..sabotage is helping out with the distribution of this record…
as for sabotage records….Here are the news..:
Japanther are touring in february together with vortex rex from vienna…the new record should be out by then.
It will be a collaboration between sabotage and the nice folks from altin village records…
Polite sleeper will do a tour in april to promote their first full length, wich will be out on sabotagerecords. If you wanna book a show write to: niels@selmatravels.de
Young widows are touring the us and will record a new record..i´m waiting for the artwork for the split
